Three steps to a clear answer
Tell us about your organisation
A short form from an authorised person. High-level details only, never files.
We check it against published criteria
We compare your answers with what each buyer publishes, and tell you plainly if there is a fit.
You apply to the buyer directly
If there is a match, we give you the buyer's own application. The buyer decides. No obligation at any point.
Who we are, and who we are not
What we are
An independent introduction service. We explain the market and point you to a buyer's own application where its published criteria appear to fit.
What we are not
Not a buyer, broker, valuer or legal adviser. We never hold your data, negotiate terms or act for any buyer.
How we are paid
Not by you. A participating buyer may pay us a referral fee if an introduction leads to a qualifying relationship. Never promised, never shared with enquirers.
Six licence terms worth understanding first
General concepts, not any buyer's terms. Each is a question for your own counsel.
Exclusivity
What would we give up, for how long, and in which fields of use?
Fees
How is value measured, reported and audited?
Term and renewal
What survives termination, and what must be deleted?
Scope of material
Who approves each category of record, and on what evidence?
Permitted use
Is onward transfer allowed? Are any uses or recipients excluded?
Handling and deletion
How is material de-identified, secured and verified?
What your board should be able to answer first
Authority and ownership
Do we own these records outright, or hold them under licence or for a client?
Contractual restrictions
Do customer or supplier contracts restrict disclosure, even in de-identified form?
Personal data
Do the records contain personal data, and is there a lawful basis for the intended use?
Trade secrets
Would licensing weaken protection of sensitive know-how or reveal client detail?
De-identification
What is removed, by whom, and how is re-identification risk assessed?
Retention and deletion
Can we honour our retention schedule once material has been shared?
United States and United Kingdom
Some buyers currently say they prioritise the United States, with the United Kingdom also a strong-demand market, and English-language records. Priority is not a guarantee, and other locations may still be considered.
United States
State privacy laws such as California's, trade secret and contract protections, and extra duties in regulated sectors.
United Kingdom
UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, confidentiality in client contracts, and who owns work product created by staff and contractors.
General orientation only. Take advice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Questions
Are you a data broker?
No. We do not acquire, hold, value or resell data, and we do not negotiate for either side.
Does an assessment commit us to anything?
No. It is not an agreement to license anything. It checks whether a buyer's published criteria appear to be met.
Do you need to see our data?
No, and we will not accept it. We collect only high-level organisational information and an authorised contact.
Are you clearing our records for release?
No. Whether you may license a record depends on your contracts, data protection duties and circumstances.
Does location matter?
It may. Some buyers currently say they prioritise US and UK organisations with English-language records. Priority is not a promise of acceptance.
